These 60 minute Sunday evening sessions are designed for any age and any stage of The menopause. Sunday evening 5pm to 6pm will be more of a yin yoga and restorative practice to slow down, calm the mind and check in. Soothing hot flushes, improving sleep, anxiety and overwhelm These classes are suitable for all levels of yoga including anyone new to yoga
