Service Description

My yoga classes are for everyone. Whether you are beginning to explore how a yoga practice may benefit you or wanting to deepen your yoga practice. Yoga is a journey of personal development of mind body and soul, of transformation and liberation. EveryBody is unique, will look different and feel different in the yoga shapes and flows we move through and into. I encourage the use of props and modifications within the class, if you want them, and it’s all about how it feels for you rather than how it looks or you believe it should look. Yoga gives you the opportunity to understand what your body needs, what you need a chance to quieten the busy chitter chatter that goes on int he mind and take some time out. Oh and have fun, feel energised, strong, calm and balanced..improve physical and mental health in a warm, friendly and non competitive environment. Please note, the last Friday of each month is an extended 90 minute menopause yoga masterclass finishing at 1pm. This can be booked directly with me or via the menopause yoga booking link.
