Service Description

Join Katie and I on our next Yin yoga and sound bath Sunday, we love holding these sessions for you. Nourishing both body and soul with heart opening yin to enhance the joy of summer and the embracing sounds of singing bowls, chimes, gongs and ocean sounds. I encourage the use of as many props as you enjoy for your practice.
